Heat Treatment

Our heat treatment service is geared towards producing durable, long-lasting products for our business partners, aligning with our commitment to continuous improvement in quality.
Heat Treatment

Equipped with a quench furnace, tempering furnace, and cryogenic cooling machine system, our heat treatment department executes processes to enhance the properties of different types of steel. The quench furnace subjects the materials to heat treatment within the range of 1050-1200 degrees. Subsequently, it initiates the tempering process by rapidly cooling the heat-treated steels using nitrogen gas. However, this process leaves austenite structures, considered weak points in steels. To eliminate these structures and reduce brittleness, we apply the tempering process to tool steels and air steels through various methods.

Within our heat treatment facility, we utilize a vacuum tempering furnace, cryogenic cooling cabinet, and tempering furnaces to perform vacuum heat treatment processes in accordance with CQI-9 standards, meeting the specific requirements of our business partners.

Our state-of-the-art furnaces, which operate 24 hours a day, six days a week, handle various steel materials, including 1.2344, 1.2379, 1.3343, and 1.3243 commonly used in the cold forming die industry.
