At Norm Tooling, we specialize in machining custom parts with our expert staff to meet our customers' demands most effectively. Our machining processes are planned with a full automation structure, allowing processing from raw materials to finished products for both cold-formed products and various raw material types, from copper to titanium alloys. With our expert team and exemplary know-how, we design fully automated lines for serial production, providing product-specific automation. Adhering to the principles of Industry 4.0, we prioritize occupational health and safety rules and ensure product traceability with our integrated production system, including 100% camera-controlled sorting operations completed without human touch and robotic system transfers.
Our precision machining activities have pioneered error elimination through full automation and lines that can be specially designed for each product. Products of the desired quality are 3D modeled and simulated in CAM programs based on customer expectations. Precision machining is seamlessly executed in production lines designed for flexible product manufacturing or tailored to a specific product group based on demand. This involves machining both cold-formed steel drafts and utilizing various types of raw materials.
With Industry 4.0 and lean production practices, all processes from raw material to packaging are completed with full automation, traceable, and controlled in terms of dimensions with a zero-error target in precision machining.
Our machining department, equipped with state-of-the-art CNC processing machines, operates with 28 machining tools and 38 skilled employees, providing an average processing speed of 38 pcs/sec and an annual capacity of 40,000,000 for precise machined products.
In line with the expectations of the automotive and white appliances sectors, our fully automated machines conduct dimensional controls and crack checks based on customer requests using camera imaging, image processing, and eddy current methods. The sorting process with an annual capacity of 50,000,000 products and a control speed of 6 pcs/sec is conducted by 22 sorting machines with 22 employees.
