Norm Tooling started its journey in 2003 and has since evolved into the Norm Holding company. Since 2006, we have been actively engaged in tooling and machining special parts production for fasteners. We provide machining custom parts production and engineering services to the automotive, white appliances, aviation, defence, and machinery manufacturing sectors in Türkiye and abroad. We provide a high-quality and price-oriented, just-in-time (JIT) service in machining and cold forming die making with our modern and comprehensive machine park, expert staff, and state-of-the-art production technologies in our 10,000 m2 operating area, of which 5,000 m2 is enclosed. We have the capability to process a range of materials, from hard metals to soft metals (aluminium, brass, copper, tungsten carbide, steel, etc.). With the aid of our camera measurement devices integrated into our production process, we achieve 100% quality measurement, preventing potential errors.
In addition to our TS:EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificates, we have successfully obtained the IATF16949 and AS9100 certificates as of 2023. Perfecting production processes with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in machining areas, we continually enhance outputs. By concurrently monitoring all processes of machines and products, we streamline their management, consequently enhancing our productivity.
