Established in 2018, we aim to provide high-quality, cost-effective and exceptional service just in time (JIT).Utilizing state-of-the-art production technologies, modern and comprehensive processes, as well as a skilled and well-trained workforce, we offer first-rate sheet metal forming services and washers.
We manufacture washers with flat, conical, square, and oval inner hole geometries, ranging in thickness from Ø 5 to Ø 80, 1 to 8 mm. These washers can be attached to bolts and nuts or added afterwards, ensuring defect-free products are delivered to our customers through our sorting machines. Norm Tooling has the capacity to operate with an annual production capability of 1,000,000,000,000 pieces, utilizing 18 mechanical press machines in our Salihli production facility spanning 5,000 m2. With a team of 75 employees, we aspire to be industry leaders, delivering high-quality products and services while providing effective solutions for customers across various sectors.
Our coil sheet raw materials, sourced from ISO 9001-certified domestic and international steel producers, are recorded in the ERP system via the EDI system. Once incoming quality control activities are completed, these materials become available in the system. The ERP system guarantees product traceability from the raw material acceptance stage. In the incoming quality control phase, we conduct checks for conformity to technical specifications, chemical analysis controls, as well as visual and mechanical properties.
We can manufacture products with various geometries based on demand, with our presses ranging from 80 tons to 250 tons capacity.
To meet the specific requests of our business partners and enhance product quality, we employ a deburring process to eliminate sharp corners and burrs resulting from the cutting process in our products.
The heat treatment process is implemented to achieve the mechanical values specified in the customer's product request. We ensure appropriate mechanical values through a fully automatic controlled quenching and tempering process in line.
Utilizing our fully automatic sorting devices, which are capable of conducting dimensional control through the camera imaging method, we achieve 100% control over the dimensions requested by our business partners. Our production is carried out with a zero-defects principle.
Norm Coating, a subsidiary of Norm Holding, oversees coating operations. We apply coating types such as zinc, zinc-nickel, and zinc-aluminium lamellar (Dörken, Geomet, Magni) to protect metal surfaces from corrosion or provide them with decorative and engineering properties.
Our products are packaged in recyclable cardboard boxes and prepared for shipment on EURO PALLETS based on the preferences of our business partners or standard packing lists. Pallets are securely wrapped with stretch film and bound with plastic strapping. To ensure retrospective traceability, product specifications and lot information are provided on the label of each box.
